Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
During new product launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and selected shipping method.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Promotional offers are subject to change without notice.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout (if offered)

Incorrect Shipping Information

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Maguey Moon Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
